UPDATE- The seller overnighted a new chair to me. Which makes me very happy , I am mobile again, I just hope my original chair was an individual isolated problem. Original review- I was happy with this chair, until the front wheel cracked and broke and the wheel popped off in the street and I was left on the ground. I then had to pay for a car service to come get me, lift me into the car and bring me home. I am very upset, this is very unsafe, I just had hip surgery on the 17th and I’m lucky I didn’t get hurt- it remains to be seen what the seller will do to fix the matter - I haven’t heard back yet. Don’t know if I just got a faulty chair or if this is a design flaw- will update when a response is sent- so far it’s been 24 hours, you would think with something that serious they would respond quickly

Been using it for about two weeks. Does well on pavement and packed gravel. Battery lasts – took a 4-mile ride and barely dropped. Light enough for me to lift into my SUV by myself. Seat is comfortable enough for daily errands. Happy with it.
