Who do you contact for the 12 month warranty if the motor fails? We purchased ours in Oct. 2023 & today is Apr. 12, 2024 and it will no longer work. Well ... we contacted the seller through Amazon and they made it right! They are sending us a new motor!!!

Product is not an OEM Dometic motor, installation was a bit of a bear as it doesn't align properly with the awning tube. Worked for 2 weeks then completely died. Cheap chinese junk, had to manually wind the awning back to get home. My original OEM Dometic motor lasted for years and I will be replacing it with another Dometic motor. Cheaper OEM units are available on ebay which is where I will be purchasing. ... show more

Customer service is the absolute worst. They are only a company to supply to their companies under them. Expect no help with replacement parts or troubleshooting
