So far so good. Really impressed at the care taken with packaging and delivery. Easy set up. Once the plastic was removed and joystick connected I was off and running. Battery wasn’t fully charged at the onset so I only got to play with it for a short time. But Incharged it overnight and was good to go. The weight. It’s heavy. Not for those that can’t bend over or get low. Or for those that can’t lift a heavy bag of dog food alone. But there are work arounds. I purchased a couple of telescoping ramps that definitely help and make it easier. Maneuvering is great. Speed is pretty good as well. I believe top speed is 4mph. Which is ample enough in this light chair. Turn radius was really good. Won’t be a problem in tight spaces. Build quality for now seems pretty good. It’s sturdy. Time will only tell with anything. But it feels like it’s well made. I’m a bigger man of about 285 lbs. and it’s held up so far. It’s very comfortable. The one concern I have is the back isn’t breathable. I live in Texas so I’m just wondering what it’ll feel like once summer really hits here and it’s over 100 degrees and humid. All in all, I feel good about my purchase and that I’ve made the right decision. I did my research and considered other brands/models. Very nice and comfortable, easy to use and I can put it in my car myself I have a Subaru forester and it fits perfectly! Has a smooth ride and is easy to use the controller.

The media could not be loaded. Came from CA to ME. In about six days, took more time unpacking than it did to assemble. Once the battery was fully charged, which took about 5 to 6 hrs. I was able to load it in our small suv and we went out shopping to our local market. She was able to travel through the store with ease and it.
