I can't realistically give it any fewer stars because my expectations going in were met, especially for the budget. It is small, that's good for us. Inexpensive, great for outdoors. We have this set up off to the side of the garden area so that we can wash veggies from the garden before taking them into the house. We also wanted to capture or redirect that water back into the garden. So far everything is working great and this product is fulfilling the need for which we intended. We have the single shelf version and we keep our watering cans there to fill up from the drain or just run the small hose out to the grass. The only thing that we needed to add was a 5/8 to 1/2 converter connection so that we could hook up the garden hose to one of the faucet hoses.

I'm scrapping my entire original review because I was way too optimistic before I put this thing together. Whoever designed this thing is a misanthrope. They have to be. There's parts falling off, the whole drain leaks, there's NO instructions for the faucet included, and I ended up having to replace the entire drain assembly. Putting the faucet together was an exercise in patience, which I apparently have very little of. There's a lot of parts left over and I can only hope they weren't important, because I'll walk across legos in my bare feet before I take that thing apart again. Also, the center of the sink bows up, away from the drain, so it never drains fully. That's fun. There is no way the people responsible for this monstrosity of a sink had any love in their hearts for humanity. This was a torture device masquerading as a sink. If I wanted to interrogate someone, I'd make them put this thing together. They'd spill all their secrets, guaranteed. Lord help me. I'll never skip reading the reviews again, I swear.
