If you’re a winter athlete, you know the struggle of finding something that blocks the wind without turning you into a human sauna. Here is why this jacket earned a permanent spot in my winter rotation: True to Size: I’m a Large and ordered a Large. The fit is spot on—roomy enough for a base layer but streamlined enough that it doesn't feel bulky while moving. Superior Weather Protection: I bought this specifically for super cold and windy mornings (we're talking 20-30°F or lower). It does an incredible job of shielding me from the biting wind. Breathability: This is the "secret sauce." Despite keeping the cold out, it allows excess heat and moisture to wick away. I stay warm without getting drenched in sweat halfway through my run (which is horrible in the winter). Storage Galore: There are a ton of pockets, which is rare for a jacket this lightweight. Perfect for my phone while I'm running. The Details: The sleeve length is excellent (no cold wrists!) and the fleece lining adds just the right amount of cozy. This is my 2nd purchase from this manufacturer and have been very pleased with their products. The jackets are very stylish and I've gotten lost of compliments on their appearance and soft material. They're very good at stopping the wind on breezy fall days and fit perfectly as expected. They are not lined well and I find that I may get cold if wearing them when the temps drop below 50 degrees depending on weather and what I'm wearing underneath. The lining is rather thin and you will feel the cold form strong breezes. I've only worn the jacket in light rain / sprinkles and found that it worked well and did keep me dry. I have been too chicken to test it in heavier downpours though. All in all, I find these jackets as great light-weight daily must haves ... show more

A nice, lightweight jacket—perfect for early autumn or mid-spring, though definitely not for winter. It has a chest pocket secured by a very small strip of Velcro, allowing cold air and wind to get in easily and that’s why four stars. It features nice details on the zippers and is in general a good quality jacket. Would I buy another one? Yes, I definitely will. I recommend washing this jacket separately inside a mesh bag to avoid damaging the attractive zippers details and to prevent lint from sticking to the Velcro or damaging other garments. ... show more
