Wonderful. Comfortable. Easy to navigate. Heavier than expected; need brute strength tc assemble. The reason for 3 stars: please go back to the engineer and explain to them that their customer is a physically impaired person who cannot get down , crawl under the chair, remove batteries to be re-charged and there is no physical therapist or teen-aged aide to get down and do that for them. I’m so happy with this side bag. The pockets are nice and deep, so I don't have to worry about things falling out while I'm moving. One of my favorite features is the large water bottle pocket—it's actually big enough to hold a decent-sized bottle securely. The Velcro straps are long and very strong, which makes it easy to adjust the bag to the perfect height on the armrest. This VERPAL Wheelchair Side Bag also works on walkers, which is what I was hopeful for. I’ve been using a walker off and on, due to my autoimmune issues that sometimes target my knee. Whether it’s in a wheelchair or using a walker, it’s a pain to use them and try to carry things. This pouch was easy to set up, as you simply wrap the straps covered with loop and hook fastening around the arm of the chair or a portion of the walker and press it to the target fabric on the back of the pouch. There’s no other assembly required. The bag / pouch is made of a sturdy fabric and one of the pockets very easily holds a Stanley tumbler, so, yes, this has a cup holder. This VERPAL side bag is sturdy and not bad looking. The price is reasonable also. Overall, this pouch is handy, making my stints using the walker much less irritating, versatile, since it can work on a wheelchair or walker, and really sturdy. I already had a wheelchair side bag, but it wasn’t quite what I needed. I ordered this wheelchair side bag and I am pleasantly pleased. I took the arm rest cushion off my wheelchair so the straps at the side bag could be around the metal of the arm rest, then I put the arm rest cushion back on. I didn’t want the Velcro straps over the cushion for comfort. I really like this side bag has a cup holder. My previous bag I had to lay drinks down on their side which is not ideal. If I could change one thing, I would add one zippered pouch. I have an electric folding wheelchair, I have an accessory I can plug into the charging port on my chair and plug usb cord in so I can charge my phone with my chair. I like to keep the phone cord and power adapter on my chair, I wish this bag had a zippered pouch so my cable and adapter don’t fall out in the car when my chair is folded. ... show more

This bag is such an outstanding value! It well made from durable materials. It has enough room to tote everything that's needed, but not so much that things get lost inside of it. It works well, though I wish it were a bit more structured. The weight of a water bottle can cause it to pull outward. The value is great for the lower price point. However, this design isn’t ideal for self-propelling wheelchair users since it can block access to the wheel.
