This is a fun fast bike for whatever you're into. Maybe not offroading. It seems to be well-built and is heavy, 20 Lb.s of that being the battery. Speaking of the battery, I charged the battery to full before my first ride and over the course of a week rode 20.5 miles. This dropped the battery down to 2 bars out of 5 so I'm not believing the 60 mile range that's advertised. The seat has a generous amount of memory foam, along with the front suspension and seat post shock absorber, my rides over known rumpbusters are much smoother. The front and rear lights are nice, but not enough for city riding or use during inclement weather. The brakes are responsive and will bring you to a stop quickly. I bought this bike because of the strong winds in my area or dangerous and frankly, a bit scary to ride in. The lower height combined with a very low center of gravity help to make this bike less affected by the windy conditions. Although this version is not a step through, since the tires are only 20" it's a step trough compared to my 26" X 4.0 😉The cables are well fitted to the frame so as not to catch on anything. Cables and wires leading up to the handlebars are held together neatly with a foam like cloth fastened by a zipper. This is a good bike for me because I'm short. I can lower the seat post down to where my shoes can be flat on the ground when I'm at a stop. The horn is loud and good enough for trail and sidewalk use. I always like to ride with my lights on for saftey, even on the brightest days, so the fact that the display dims when the lights are on is not ideal. I hope there's a work around. Pretty sure the dimming is intentional though to keep your eyes from being blinded at night. I'm going to add an additional light that's bright enough to be seen in the bright daylight and to be able to see when I ride at night in heavy snowfall. The disk brakes needed no adjustments after assembly. The bike was easy to build and the fun of it was a great experience The rack being included was nice and I like that this bike has a 350 Lb. payload meaning I could ride this and still carry 200 Lb.s making it the ultimate bugout vehicle. The distance you can travel is usually based on a 170 Lb. rider though so your mileage may vary. The lower price of this compared to similar e-bikes is substantial. The $200 you'll have to pay for shipping (Prime doesn't cover it) was calculated into my final cost so the bike cost me $800 total. Acceleration is nice, but not great. After my first ride, I felt no need to adjust the programing, it's mostly calibrated for average use. The handlebar grips spread the weight of shock over a lot more hand surface making for a more comfortable ride especially for those with hand injuries or arthritis.

I researched a lot of ebikes and even went to an ebike expo before I bought this bike. I chose it based on its large battery, high capacity motor, hydraulic brakes, and folding capacity. It has not disappointed. It is well-made, sturdy, folds easily, has quality parts, and has been problem-free. I have ridden it with my daughter all over Manhattan, and its speed and range made me feel very confident. After riding it for a while, I would not even consider a 28-30 mph bike without hydraulic brakes. I also wouldn't consider an expensive ebike that only goes 20mph. This bike is really heavy, so there is a place for smaller bikes that go 20mph and weigh much less. But I wanted to have something that I could get in and out of traffic with confidently, could go 60+ miles, and something that could easily tow a passenger. And those two desires meant accepting a greater weight. But they also meant that I never think about driving anymore for quick runs to the grocery store or similar errands within a 3 mile radius. The bike is just too much fun. Finally, I have been pleased that the seller has responded to my inquiries about replacement parts and other questions, and seems committed to developing a quality brand. I have recommended this bike to everyone who will listen. I will probably get a cheap, lighter bike someday for family fun riding, but for a commuter bike and a bike to get things done, I would look no further.

So much to like about this bike. Wow I am very impressed with the speed. I hit 32mph on flat ground which is quite a bit faster than my ebike I have now that has a bigger motor. We got this for my wife because mine is a little too big for her. We both like this ebike more than my other (more expensive brand). The seat post will get replaced because these shock absorber post add about 2 inches height that she could use. She is 5’1” and can touch on toes with the seat all the way down. I like the 3 inch tires more than 4 inch because it seems to be more nimble on the road where we use our bikes the most. Very strong torque and sake off very fast. A little slower in lower gears would be nice and I think I can adjust that with the display settings. Already put some miles on it and definitely nowhere near needing a charge yet. Super easy to assemble the little bit they left for you. Great ebike at a great price.

First ride unlucky got a 1" nail in rear tire! IUsed a seat from other bicycle to ride because the seat-post that came with the E-bike was too large to fit it's tube slot. (Wilde is sending a replacement.) I’ve ordered Tuffy Tire liners and Flatout, hoping to prevent another flat tire experience! I am enjoying the power of this bicycle. It climbed up Cemetery hill (equivalent of about 4 blocks all up hill) with no problem. The bike gets completely drained on some other bikes. Before the flat I traveled a distance of around 30 to 35 miles before hitting the nail! Fortunately calling for help got me and the bike home. I also plan on purchasing more puncture resistant tires in the future. At $800.00 including shipping (Fathers day sale) WildeBikes are probably a best deal available. I would purchase another of their E-bikes eagerly. P.S. Their support is easy to contact and they are responsive, albeit in my case I waited awhile as they were closed when I first attempted to contact them. I left a text message, which they responded the next working day. 8~) Wildeway bikes has supportive. The seat-post Wildeway sent me is rusted out and does not function like a shock-post should. Pictures posted. For the price this is a worthwhile ebike, but it is not perfect. It has a tendency to shake and is not easily ridden without hands on the handle bars. Use Stop-Leak in the tires to help handle flats. The rear tire is prone to flats when the situation provides it! Wish they made a good mid-drive ebike in this price range!
