Much better than I expected! I bought the 260 Gallon Deck Box, one of the largest ones to store cushions and outdoor gear. It's huge! My expectations were low, as seen from reviews of so many other similar brands. But I was pleasantly surprised (and impressed) with the weight, sturdiness, and ease of construction. The package weighed 70 lbs to give you an idea. My advice is to go slow with the directions and take your time. It's easier than it first looks and if you rush it you'll probably get frustrated and make a mistake. Mine was entirely simple, but only with small drawings to guide you. It took about an hour to digest and get it right on the first try. Everything fit perfectly. It's well constructed, waterproof, and locks. The top can easily hold a substantial amount of weight. And best of all it looks really good. What an improvement to my patio!

Easy to assemble. Looks Great. Perfect size for large patio cushions. I took away one star because they forgot to drill a hole in the lid stabilizer to allow a lock to fit through even though the box and lid have been designed for a lock. The lid has plunger hinges that hold it open for ease of use. Fantastic buy at this price.

I thought when I opened it and there was no hardware, it all snapped together that I would hate it and it would be flimsy. But it’s actually decently sturdy. I wouldn’t sit on it or anything but it doesn’t feel like it’s going to collapse or blow away either. It’s also very good at keeping the water out. The handle holes are fake, they are like indentions, so water doesn’t get in there, and the lid goes all the way around the edges of the walls so water runs off of it instead of inside. Easy to open and close and looks nice on my patio.

These are actually bigger than I expected (which is really nice)!!! So far they are sturdy and the latch closes easily. They Went together easily and seems to be standing up to the rain. We’ve had some windy downpours this past week and there wasn’t any water inside.

It was a good price and very easy to put together. I bought this deck box for my packages to be put in when I have orders delivered to my house. I put bricks in the bottom to weight it down because we do have high winds from time to time. I only had it about a month when the wind got high enough it opened the box lid and broke the little plastic hinges on the lid that holds it to the box, so now the lid just sits on top of the box. I am not sure how I will be able to fix that. I may have to use another brick on top in the future just to hold it down.
