I got this for my fiancée since she already uses a Dyson Airwrap and is always curious about attachments that might work just as well without the full-price sting. First step was making sure it actually fit, because that's always the anxiety with third-party accessories. It attached fine and didn't feel loose or cheap once it was on. She tried it before going out one night and got nice tighter curls from it, definitely more defined than the larger barrel attachments she's used. The bidirectional setup is handy, but not fully brainless the first time around. There was a little trial and error while figuring out how much hair to feed it and when to switch directions. Once she got the hang of it, the results looked good and held up well. It just wasn't a perfect first-pass experience. That's not unusual with styling tools, but it's worth saying because this is more "learn it, then like it" than instant magic. ... show more
