My 10-year-old stepson saved up his allowance because he had to have this game. He was so excited—he thought he was about to be in gamer heaven. I looked at the number of reviews, and honestly, the low count was already a red flag. I told him, “I don’t know, this seems a little off,” but of course, being a kid, he was like, “Look at all these games! This is amazing!” So, he buys it. Opens it. Starts playing. He’s a gamer, mind you—knows his way around a system. Fast-forward not even 24 hours—it just stops working. Completely. Done. Useless. Like, are you kidding me? He spent his own money on this trash. Now I’m stuck trying to return it, but of course, I can’t just take it to the Staples down the street—nope, I’ve got to drive all the way to Whole Foods because that makes sense, right? Bottom line: don’t waste your money. Save your $82. Just don’t. First one wouldn't turn on or charge. Paperwork is horrible. Replacement wouldn't turn nor charge. They did reach out to me to try to help diagnose the issue.

Just doesn’t boot up. I charged it, made sure the card was in correct, checked battery was plugged in correctly the whole 9. And yet it turns on loads up a screen and then turns off.
