I got this for my kindergarten class and it was a HUGE hit! I used it sporadically, as rewards, earning points to hit the button, secret student...you name it! Much bigger hit than GoNoodle! I set the rules that they had to sit immediately as soon as the music stops and you could have heard a pin drop every time! Absolutely fantastic!! There are no lyrics, it's all techno music. There's even a version of Old McDonald! I think there's about 5 different songs and they're always different so I never got tired of it.
