The control knob takes a little getting used to. Does not work very well in tight spaces, you need a semi wide turning space. My dad likes the chair but very disappointed that it's 200.00 less for prime day and unfortunately we could not wait to purchase. It is heavy too so if you are not that strong you might struggle with putting it in a trunk.

Previously, with a traditional motorized wheelchair, it weighed as much as a baby elephant, and my daughter had to put the back seats of her SUV all the way down to fit it. But this wheelchair folds up like a big suitcase in 3 seconds. Weight? I can barely feel it, and I can easily carry it and walk on my own anyway... On a trip to Everglades National Park last week, the wheelchair stuffed into the trunk of a cab with room for a picnic basket!

I used to stare at the power meter like it was a stock ticker in my old wheelchair, but now it's fully charged enough for me to go to the post office to pick up a check, to church services, to the convenience store to buy nuts to feed the pigeons... The long battery life has made traveling a complete no-brainer for me. It's great!
