I Ordered this chair in march of 25, I presently own a Sentire Med DO9 chair that I purchased 5 years ago And a great machine. The reason I ordered the Walkmax chair is I live in the sticks and the compound area that Live in is all gravel travel areas. The chair was advertised as being good to travel in these areas. I also Ordered the extra battery (300.00) for the longer range. Well this thing wont pull the hat off your head. It has little power to overcome minor obstacles ramps. The DO9 would run circles around this thing. They ship you the additional battery separately and they are not in parallel and I guess if you want to use power from aux battery you need t crawl under the chair and switch cable on the battery u want to use. Gee I wonder if they think about why you are in the chair in the first place. Also look how far the knuckles extend out over the front wheels. You cannot sit fully in the seat without lifting yourself back into the seat with your arms and when seated you cant put your feet on the floor because the knuckles stop you. I could live with this if the engineering was not so poor. I tried to return this but Amazon seemed More interested in helping out there Chinese vendors. I am going to be much more careful of what I order from Amazon and I suggest you do to

This is GREAT if you are going outdoors on FLAT surfaces. However, it moves a little too quick for inside the house and if there is a slope in the pavement at ALL it has trouble driving straight. It is very easy to use as long as it’s open flat surfaces. And it’s advertised as all terrain but specifically says on the instructions not to drive it except on paved roads/surfaces

No power even on slight incline. Not recommended for heavier users. Below 250lbs. Way below lol Everything else is fine. Good customer support. Also my frame seemed bent. Double check...Folds easy. Spare batteries easy to come by. However, batteries don't last that long. Buy extra!!! For the $$ not too shabby.

Easy to unpack- I'm 120 lbs and I unpacked it and assembled it myself. It looks exactly the way we expected, given the pictures, video and description. It looks great, I'm charging it now, I can't wait until my husband can use it. I'll leave another review after he uses it!

Currently sitting in the corner folded up. I tried to return but received no reply from merchant at my request. Problem is not as described on site. Patient weighs 315 lbs and doesn’t fit comfortably into seat. Another issue the weight of chair, I’m unable to pick up and place in back of vehicle.
