I ordered this range hood to replace my existing hood that failed after years of use. right off the bat this range hood is packed really well so that it would not be able to shift and get damaged during transport. I didn't really understand how the voice activation worked without a wireless connection, but it's simpler than i expected. Installation did take me a few hours as I've never installed a range hood before, but once installed, it was nice and simple to learn to use. the gesture controls work flawlessly and the voice works pretty decently. I did have some issue with voice, but that was my fault as I did not memorize the commands. the lamps are nice and bright, the hood grates look like something in a commercial range hood, and the vent fan is definitely powerful. this definitely is an upgrade from my old analog range hood and bring my kitchen one step closer to the futuristic kitchen that i want. the noise level with the vent on full blast is minimal as you mainly hear the air. Overall, this range hood is pretty amazing for the price.

Purchased about two weeks ago, it is working as expected after the installation. There are couple of experiences I would like to share: 1) the customer service is great, I had a question about the voice control function after the installation, I emailed my question to the provided email for support, I got the answer back in the same day. 2) the installation was overall easy, however I did have a hard time to peel off the protection plastic wrap, it should had been easily peeled off after the installation, it took me 30 minutes to get the work on, it's so hard to do it. 3) the instruction about how to enable or control the voice function is not sufficient enough. Overall the hood is well made and solid.

This range hood looked easy to install though I had a professional do it to be safe. It's very easy to use and is very effective. It's nice and quiet. It does well to remove steam and smoke. It looks really great and the light is a nice feature. It has different settings for your convenience. I like the voice features as an added bonus. At first its weird but as soon as you get used to it. Its pretty great.

This hood has been amazing! We have been used to using a over rang microwave hood, and the fan was on the top of the microwave in the front, so really if it pulled any steam it had to be pulled way out and not before steaming up the entire bottom of the microwave. This hood is sleek, and stylish and looks high class! You can tell it quality made right out of the box! Easy to install- or at least much easier than I anticipated! The fan works phenomenally and leaves our cooking area clean and residue free (at least from steam and such) Quiet which is also amazing, because that microwave fan would knock a conversation out of the room in a heart beat. I would definitely recommend this.

The media could not be loaded. This 30 Inch Stainless Steel Kitchen Hood Vent has been a lifesaver in my kitchen! It rescued my home. Even though my apartment already had a ventilation system in place, I didn't want to make extensive changes to install a new range hood. Thankfully, this range hood came to the rescue! Previously, I had an outdated microwave combo hood, and cooking steak or stir-frying used to be a nightmare. Not only would the entire apartment be filled with cooking odors, but the smoke and fumes were a serious issue. Cooking would even trigger the smoke alarm. It really dampened our enthusiasm for cooking at home. Since I installed this range hood, I don't have to worry about smoke and cooking odors anymore. The alarm never goes off, and we're more motivated than ever to cook at home. Plus, it even has voice activation, making it as easy as Alexa. Thanks! However, I have some concerns. It's entirely controlled by an LED screen, which means if the LED screen malfunctions, the whole range hood becomes inoperable! Having a backup solution would be great. Additionally, including aluminum foil tape in the package would be a nice addition. Lastly, I hope that cleaning the grease and oil from this hood will be easier and more straightforward! Installing it ourselves was a bit of a task. While it's certainly doable, it's not something you'd want to do alone. It took a few people and a whole afternoon to get it in place. But for kitchens without the need for major ductwork modifications, installing this range hood is manageable.
