Efficient and Safe Cooking Experience!
Color: Black-5 Zone
I recently purchased the AMZCHEF 5-zone glass electric cooktop, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. With its versatile 5 cooking zones, I can prepare multiple dishes simultaneously, saving both time and effort. The power distribution is impressive, ranging from 2300W to 800W, allowing for precise heating with 9 power levels. This electric stove top is perfect for various cooking techniques like steaming, frying, roasting, and boiling water. The higher heat conduction ensures faster heating and energy efficiency. One standout feature is the advanced safety measures. The sensor monitor provides protection against over-temperature, automatic shutdown, and a residual heat warning. The safety lock adds an extra layer of security. The built-in multi-function timer is a convenient addition, allowing me to set cooking times and relax without worrying. I appreciate the product's quality, but it's important to note that it comes without a plug and requires professional installation. Overall, the AMZCHEF electric cooktop delivers an efficient and safe cooking experience, making it a valuable addition to any kitchen. Highly recommended!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Color: Black-30 Inch 4 Zone（Knob）
The package had clearly been opened before and taped up again, but I tried it anyway because some times the size of the cutout is slightly different than the specs. As it turned out, the product is clearly defective, warped so it does not lay flat. The previous purchaser must have told them that, but they just taped it back up and sent it to me.

Looks great in my remodeled kitchen
Color: Black-4 Zone
This cooktop fit in the existing cutout counter top cabinet. Works great. Love the ability to use multiple size pots and pans. The touch screen controls makes it more easy to clean because it has no knobs to collect food. Overall, the cook top has all the features I wanted, easy to operate.

Great working stove, looks good, customer support is good
Color: Black
Ok first this is a really nice looking stove and it works very well and heats almost as fast as gas. The only problem I had was I dropped a battery on it and shattered the glass,. The company is working with me but sadly they don’t have just the glass as a replacement part at this time the good news is they are replacing the whole stove with a new one this is really good costumer service, I hope in the future they find a way to sell just the glass.

Cracked glass
Color: Black-30 Inch 4 Zone（Knob）
UPDATE: I contacted Amazon in regard to warranty. They gave me an international number to call for the seller that was disconnected. I contacted Amazon again and they gave me a one-time return/refund since the seller is unable to fulfill the warranty. The cooktop works well but after having it for 10 months the glass has cracked. I do not use the two back burners because I do not have a range hood so I’m unsure of how it happened.
