Installed this but left it open for a while due to not needing the power this was hooked in to. When I went to actually use it recently, I found that it's stuck open - does not let power through. Seems like I just happened to get a defective unit. On one hand I'm glad it's not stuck closed, but somewhat of a hassle to replace and it's a shame because it does feel well built and came with good lugs. Installed this on a car audio system I have. I'm using 0 gauge cable to the amps and pulling maybe around 170-200 amps when it's going hard, and so far this breaker switch is holding up just fine. I did notice about a .2 voltage drop between terminals when the radio is turned up, so it might not be the best thing to use if you're running voltage sensitive electronics. For me however, it's working good and I don't have to worry about replacing fuses anymore. ... show more

feels pretty cheap, I use this between my solar charge controller and my 12 volt battery bank, I wouldn't trust it enough for 60 amps because at 40 amps it gets pretty warm, it also just feels pretty cheap, but it did come with some crimp on copper terminals for 6 AWG wire, which is nice
