The mechanic tested all wires and hoses and changed the fluid twice, and concluded the pump was not working. Very frustrating! I will get refunded when I uninstall the unit, mail it back, and wait a week, meanwhile i won’t get refunded the mechanic’ fees nor costs due to a he downtime of the truck. Not very happy with the extra work and mess this has created. *i got a replacement from the seller and am facing the same issues. i think they’re just lying about the strength of the pump. its not strong enough to lift a 700lb aluminum truck bed with 1000lbs of material loaded. ... show more
Reviewed in the United States on May 16, 2023 by Product came with vague instructions, so I needed a professional mechanic to install. It appeared to work immediately after install, but if there is more than 100lbs in the truck bed, it will not dump. The mechanic tested all of the hoses, the wiring, and concluded that the pump is faulty. The seller did not respond to my first request for an exchange, but did agree to refund me when I send the pump back. This doesn’t cover the install/uninstall labor, nor downtime of the dump truck. This is very frustrating.
