The jack itself is great. Well built and easy to assemble. My reasoning for 3 stars is there was no option for a lift gate. So when YRC freight called to confirm I had a way to get it off the truck they said I didn’t select lift gate. When I said their was no option for one they said I would have to either pay an extra $170 or hold off on delivery and dispute it with Northern Tool but it could take a month. I ended up paying a guy down the road to take it off the truck with his skid steer. Later the YRC driver told me we could have just slid it into a pickup truck....All in all great product after about a month of use, but terrible listing by northern tool. I hope they are more conscious of the lift gate situations. ... show more
