This case is hard to figure out how to open. Just pull a little from the "charging port cover" part and you will see where it opens, because if you just force it from somewhere else, it will break. The most important thing is to find which line is the open line. By pulling the "charging port cover", it will reveal and start to open from there. ... show more

Everything about this case is satisfactory with the exception of the fingerprint reader cover. Within days after I received it the fingerprint cover started to bubble and wouldn’t stay flat with the reader and now looks like a thicker wrinkled Saran Wrap that won’t read my fingerprint more tan half the time now. I have to preface this with: I thought I was buying an Otter Box. The color is off - as is often the case online, the color is not the same (to me). The plastic, pink, inner part that you see on the face is a weird shade of hot pink. The purple is a normal color but the pink is off to me. I also found it harder to assemble than an Otter Box. The parts were just tighter to put together. Finally, the fingerprint reader just wouldn't work until I ripped out the cover. I think the cover is thicker, too, because sometimes I have to tap harder than normal. Just my 2 cents. :) ... show more
