    • Good buy.. Justa little 'delivery problem'
Initially, when I found out that the good 'ole USPS wanted an additional $5.01 for 'postage due', I was maybe - well, a little irate and my initial review reflected that, since the page I ordered from at Amazon stated "free shipping for Amazon Prime account users", which we are but which obviously someone forgot to tell the Post Office about... So I just returned from the drive to the local Post Office, where I stood in line for 20 minutes (or more) and paid the postage due because the source (Tool Cabin - AKA CABINTOOL as it shows on that same webpage) contacted me and mentioned that recently this has been a "recurrent issue with the USPS", so I guess I was not alone in my experience, and Cabin Tools immediately credited me for the 'postage due'. But I have these now and they seem to be great, and certainly worth the minimal cost. It's just unfortunate that an Amazon seller has to try to operate under the 'vagaries' of the USPS, and the manner in which they now operate (and yet maybe STILL try to make some money, since Amazon usually takes a 30% 'cut' on anything a seller offers and supplies..?) . So I apologize to Cabin Tools for my first 'review' as it now appears that the 'culprit' is actually the USPS, not the seller. And I suppose this postage due stuff should NOT surprise me all that much, either... Note to Mr. DeJoy: your time in the position of Postmaster General is waning, I believe... ... show more
