It folds up nicely & the material is thick, easy to clean & can be pushed under the bed for storage. The cushion is 3 inches thick & has great padding. It can be used in many situations. I believe that it is well worth the money.

I switched to all hardwood floors in my house and noticed that was keeping me from doing floor exercises. I had some old mats, but they were too thin to be comfortable on the floors. They were also a little too narrow. So I wanted something extra thick, as well as a little wider so that I didn’t feel that my arms were too close to the sides of the mat. It also had to be easy to store and not cost too much. This mat fit the bill! It was economical, 3 inches thick, nearly 3 feet wide, and folded up. I was a little surprised when it arrived because it was in a very small package. The cover and insert were separate, and the inserts were vacuum sealed. It was pretty easy to get the inserts installed into the sections of the cover. I immediately used it and was very happy. I couldn’t feel the hardwoods at all, even when doing exercises on my knees. And the width was way more comfortable. The bottom is grippy so that it doesn’t slide, and it easily folds up for me to put away. Very happy!

I love this exercise matt, it is easy to carry with handles and it is easy to store away in my closet or underneath the bed. I bought it to workout since I needed a comfortable cushion for my back & knees. I was happy to note no odor to it and wipes away to cleanly and easily. Sturdy will last. My granddaughter also uses it to practice gymnastics.

This is a nice yoga mat that is pretty thick. This uses the regular foam for the padding. It is great if your body weight is distributed over the pad. It compresses quite a bit when you are on your knees but it is still very comfortable. I like the fact that the cover can be wiped down. The bottom of the cover is not waterproof but the material is made to be slip proof. I have carpet in my house so I can not attest to this one way or the other. This mat folds ups so it can be stored easily. I truly like the mat better than the traditional flat rubber yoga mats.

Good mat with nice foam inserts but I didn't realize I would receive three foam pads and a separate plastic cover with 3 zippers that I had to wrestle the foam squares into myself. I thought it would be a softer nylon fabric cover. I guess the heavy rubbery-plastic cover is Ok because it's washable but it doesn't feel soft like my last one. The bottom has a bumpy non-slip surface which would be helpful on a gym floor. I had one from Costco years ago that was covered with a soft nylon fabric and I loved it, but they don't sell them any more. Boo hoo. But nostalgic expectations aside, I'm happy with this one, it works fine.

I ordered this mat for rehabilitation after my total hip replacement. I thought it was a little expensive, but I was able to get a discount through Amazon This has really helped me with being able to my exercises comfortably. It's thickness makes it off the floor tolerable.

1. It arrived in a small box for me to "let expand" and place in the cover. For the cost, it should have been ready to use. 2. No instructions or contact information of any type were included in the box. 3. The cover was a slippery material on top with some grip on the bottom. Felt more like a thin silk material on top than mat material. Needless to say I returned it and I am extremely disappointed as I was so excited when I ordered it. Purchased a different mat that was already assembled and good quality material for a little less money.

I feel like this was returned by someone else so therefore used. I paid for a new Exercise Mat. I just had surgery and need everything very clean. There’s a big mark down one panel on the back. This is why I think it’s used due to scrape mark. I hope it does NOT tear here in near future since it was previously scraped. I do like this mat and after cleaning it, laid on it for stretching therapy. It was great laid on the floor. Firm but also giving to protect knees. Also I noticed the zippers are kinda cheap small plastic teeth that enclose each piece of thick foam. We zipped each foam into covers VERY carefully. I don’t want to return because I desperately need it now and that’s why paid high shipping fee. I think a price adjustment could be made to accommodate the scratch and possibly used item. It came re-packaged in a vacuumed sealed bag inside a box. It’s heavy for me but I just had scoliosis surgery and do not wish to move it from the spot I have. Size is perfect me. I’m 5’3 &1/2 inches tall. 121 lbs. It’s Plenty big. Stability is good for me as it does not move out from under me and is thick foam under plastic cover with non skid on bottom.
