Mine puffed up to full size in 30 minutes! I just replaced my old 2 in topper and I can’t be happier! It’s not a perfect fit but I expected that. Don’t use sharp objects to open it either. It has a decent warranty-I’m not sure how you would return this huge bulky item if you had to… Zero odor and minimal sliding on mattress. I recommend highly.

I bought a twin size to use at a relatives house that I would be staying at for a week. I new they had a firm bed which would leave my hips and back with aches and pains. I did not have high hopes for this product but thought it would be better than nothing. I was pleasantly surprised! I got a good night sleep each and every night and did not suffer any hip and back pain (which is super unusual)! And, this product comes with a cover over it so I slept directly on it without having to put it under the sheet. I left it for others to use. They will be fighting over this.

It's built good. But it doesn't cool or stay cool. It took one day for my back to be sore and aching. I already have a crap back so I don't need any help.
