Mine puffed up to full size in 30 minutes! I just replaced my old 2 in topper and I can’t be happier! It’s not a perfect fit but I expected that. Don’t use sharp objects to open it either. It's built good. But it doesn't cool or stay cool. It took one day for my back to be sore and aching. I already have a crap back so I don't need any help. My wife loved it but after about a week she was complaining of a sore back as well. I'll be looking to return this pad. Side note-the seller makes you pay to return this pad.
