First off, be aware that this is one of those products that is vacuum packed into a much smaller size for shipping purposes. Just open it up and allow it to breathe for a few days before putting it on your mattress, to give it time to fully expand and to release some of the pent up smells in there. Overall, it is quite comfortable. Helps cradle your body. I have to admit that I wish that it was just a tad firmer, but that is a personal preference, and I know that they cannot satisfy everybody. As for cooling, I am guessing that all of the open air within the design allow air to circulate, which might cut down on heat buildup and help circulate it beneath you. Can't say I personally felt a big difference, but I would say this is more "heat disbursing" rather than "cooling". But overall we are happy with this topper as we feel it makes for a comfortable bed in our guest bedroom.

When I originally unrolled the mattress topper, it had a bit of a weird smell but it took less than 24 hours to air out. My first photo is of the pad shortly after unrolling. I waited a full 48 hours before putting it on my bed. It is plump, soft, and cooling. I am even lucky enough to have sheets that somewhat fit over everything. Putting the sheets overtop interfered with the cooling aspect of it a little bit but not enough for it to totally lose that function. I am very happy with this. Normally I need to be surrounded by pillows to cradle my body comfortably in bed, but with this topper, I am cradled by the topper alone and no longer need the extra pillows. This has made a huge improvement in the quality of my sleep.

There's really nothing bad to say about this mattress topper. I'm a quadriplegic and need protection for my backside to stay away from any type of sore. I've only slept on it for a few nights but it's very comfortable and doesn't seem to hold a lot of heat. I have a twin extra long bed and this mattress pad fits my bed well. About the only thing that I wasn't crazy about is the width, it's a little wider than my mattress and it makes it difficult to to put my sheets and blanket.

This topper arrived in a much smaller box than I was expecting - it is well packed - vacuumed so it expands after opening. It takes a couple of days to expand fully (as per the instructions) but I had to lay it out on my bed and sleep on it straight away - as I don't have the room. The topper claims it has '7-Zones' but there is no indicator on the topper as to which end is the head or foot, and on closer inspection you can see that both ends look identical, so IDK if there really is 7 zones. But it is comfy to sleep on. I don't find it cooling however, I feel warmer than before - which isn't a problem for me but it does claim to be cooling.

We have a 12" memory foam matress, and we got a 4" memory foam topper to make the surface a bit softer, but the downside of that is we get too warm. But by replacing that topper with this cooling one, that problem has been resolved nicely! I put the old topper away and we can use that one during the winter, when we want to be warm... 😁 This topper does give a nice soft feel to the bed, and also has a cooling effect. It did have a smell to it when we first rolled it out, but fortunately that had dissipated before bedtime. This topper really is awesome! 🥰
