rarely write reviews, but I hope this helps someone who is dealing with the same problem. I have a bulging disc at L4–L5 that I’ve been struggling with for over 20 years. During that time I’ve had about four epidural injections. They helped for a few months, but eventually the disc would re-herniate and the pain would come back. I’ve tried almost everything—acupuncture, an inversion table, those waist belts that pump air to decompress your spine, and even paid for spinal traction sessions. Unfortunately none of it solved the issue. I couldn’t stand for more than two minutes before my entire left leg would go numb. I work in the nail industry, so having constant pain running down my left leg is extremely frustrating. I’m always having to shift positions just to get through the day. Anyone with sciatica or nerve pain will understand exactly what I mean. I was honestly skeptical about this product at first. But after reading so many reviews I figured, what’s the worst that could happen? If it didn’t work, I could return it. I’ve already spent far more money on treatments that didn’t help. After using it for about 30 minutes, I went to work—and I’m not exaggerating when I say this—for the first time in a very long time (so long I honestly can’t remember when), the pain in my leg was gone. My back still hurts, but this isn’t a magic device that will instantly fix everything. However, it gave me relief that I haven’t felt in years. After the session my back felt very sensitive, almost like the feeling you get when something is being corrected or realigned. I’m hoping that with continued use it will keep improving. Maybe the elevated section helps decompress the spine and allows things to settle back into place. All I can say is that it gave me relief when many other treatments didn’t, and for that I’m very grateful.

I brought this back in January. I used it couple times. If really work. I noticed today when I used it. It has an automatic setting where it go through 3 settings It also has a manual where you have to push to get to each of the 3 settings . The automatic setting is broken now, but they manual setting work but there is no heat. The dead line to send back has expired. I figured the this thing would work aa long time but it's already broken. Kind of disappointing

This device is well worth the money. It heats up and vibrates to relax your muscles and puts gentle pressure into your spine to create traction. It really relaxes your back and helps relieve pain and allows your to take a well deserved nap. It does seem very portable and easy to take it with you wherever you need to travel. It really helps me to endure between chiropractic visits.

My back is very bad. Slipped discs and hardware from spine surgery. Pain is almost unbearable. I've used this device twice and my back is hurting worse. I thought this device was a miracle device since there is so much advertising and the hundreds of positive comments. I know I have to give it time, it isn't an overnight thing. But the instructions are vague and I have yet to get as much heat from it, but I get a lot of vibration. So my bad back is not liking it so far. We'll see what happens. I'll try one more time tomorrow. If I don't feel better I will return this device.

OH WOW what a difference! I have been dealing with sciatica and low left back issues for a few months with little relief from chiropractor and back supports. I just got home and did 2 sessions with this skeptical of it even working and holy cr@p I stood up and walked without limping and just about 0 pain. 100% would recommend as it worked for me and finally some relief after $hundreds of dollars spent at dr.
