It cools a large room fairly quickly, Air temp is consistent. Comfortable temps, if under $300 theyre a great value. Shipping box is a different design that makes unboxing very easy. Some people complained about water buildup but in lower humidity I only had a few tablespoons of water in the collector over about a two month period. No leaks. Unit is light enough to lift on your own but theres not many lift points. I find that i have to grab the airvent and wire wrapping point to lift it. Not ideal but works. Everything seems decent build quality.

It worked very well for about 5 weeks and now that I can't return it it is not cooling same room that it was. I have troubleshooted it numerous times. I'm having a difficult time finding support or a replacement.

This works very good for removing humidity and good at cooling a small room. It’s not very loud but wished it was quieter. And you have to continue to empty a bottle the water goes into. But it is still a good buy.

Our main account developed a leak so I bought this rather than charge it for just a few weeks, I keep it in my living room and it does great for keeping one room in a big house cool. (Approx 180 sqft)

There was a problem with the unit I got and although it cooled really well for a while it ended up dumping water onto a carpeted floor. This resulted in mold growth and the carpet had to be removed. The house is in shambles. Really bad situation. I don't know if it overflowed inside or if there was a crack all i know is the amount of water was massive. It was likely due to high humidity in the area but the unit should have shut off if on emergency. It did not.. Its going to cost me well over $1000 and I will never be able to match the carpet so I don't know. I did buy this used from Amazon said like new. Just a bad situation. I suggest if anyone buys any portable AC not just this one that they put it in a pan of some type and not directly on carpet. This leaked away from foot traffic and under furniture I guess for a few days and was not caught until the smell of mold became noticeable and there was no saving the carpet. Visible mold on the plywood subfloor took a lot of bleach to remove. Still not back to normal in the house.
