I never thought a pen flashlight could be this useful but the TactEagle LED Pen Light has quickly become one of my favorite gadgets. It is small enough to fit in my pocket or clip to a notebook but it produces a surprisingly bright light that is perfect for everyday tasks or emergencies. The three different light modes are what make it truly impressive. The white light is excellent for general use around the house or at night, the red light is gentle on the eyes and great for dark rooms, and the 365 nanometer UV light is fun for inspections or checking bills and other items for authenticity. I have used it for all sorts of tasks from finding screws that fell behind furniture to checking my car in the dark and even for little science experiments with UV reactive materials. The build feels solid and the buttons are easy to use even with one hand. It is intuitive to switch between the different light modes once you get the hang of it and it does not feel cheap at all. The only minor thing is that it can take a second to remember which light mode you are on if you are switching quickly but that is easy to get used to. Overall this tiny flashlight is more versatile than I ever expected. It is perfect for everyday carry, for emergency kits, or even just to impress friends with your new spy gadget vibes. I did not know I needed this but now I use it almost every day and I am really glad I have it.

This little flashlight packs a lot more functionality than you would expect from something this small. The three light modes make it very versatile. The white light works well for general inspection or everyday use, the UV light is great for checking documents or security features, and the red light is handy for signaling or preserving night vision. The UV light is especially impressive since it uses true 365nm output rather than the weaker versions found in many small flashlights. It clearly reveals security markings and other details that lower quality UV lights tend to miss. The dual switch design is also very practical. Being able to switch between lights quickly without cycling through every mode saves time and makes it easier to use in real situations. Build quality feels solid as well. The aluminum body gives it a durable feel while still being lightweight enough to carry on a keychain or in a pocket. It is small, tough, and easy to bring along anywhere. Overall, this is a well designed multi purpose flashlight that delivers a lot of utility in a compact everyday carry size. A great option for inspections, security checks, or general use.
