Great book. Recipes I've tried are easy and delicious. I've made the crock pot chicken and dumplings (amazing comfort food), the crock pot pasta alfredo, and the tikka masala. Many other great looking recipes in the book that I'm sure I'll try soon. Also, the book is spiral bound so that lies flat, making using it while cooking much easier. I'm looking to cook more chicken and less red meat and this book was an awesome choice. Lots of chickeny variety at a reasonable price! Recommend!

Great recipe book. I have already made half a dozen of the recipes and like most of them. The only problem I have with the book is that some of the pages are colored and the printing is REALLY hard to read. If all pages were white or a very light color it would make it much better for my old eyes. But this one goes in my "keep" collection! Highly recommend the cheesy baked tacos! Our favorite.

This cookbook has recipes that, for the most part, call for items I actually know what they are and how to make/prepare/use them. Almost all of the recipes seem easy enough to make and do not require I spend a day and a half in the kitchen and use a ton of dishes to make. These are realistic, practical recipes that I will actually make and most likely make more than once. Bonus the book is filled with many of these kinds of recipes and not just a few. I went through with post-it flags and flagged the pages of the recipes that I am interested in making for my family and there is a lot! Now to figure out what to make first! This cookbook is worth the price and something you will use again and again. I'm just so happy to have found this gem of a cookbook!

This is an ideal cookbook for people who like to see a picture of the recipe they are about to cook. It’s hard to visualize some recipes and I love how each recipe has their own picture. Recipes are easy to follow and I love the spiral bound book! Some may find the price high, however to have a spiral bound book with pictures on each page I feel it’s actually a fair price.

This cookbook does a good job of providing lots of different ways to prepare chicken. However I had not expected so many of the recipes to include prepared products such as condensed soup. To some extent I can deal with that through substitutions. More frustrating is that most of the recipes appear in white print on colored pages. An organization as well established as Delish should know better! White print on colored background is hard to read - and especially hard to see when in the midst of cooking and wanting to check directions. The dark red pages aren't too bad but the lime green ones are all but impossible. I will keep this book and use it because I eat so much chicken, but I certainly won't order any more in the series.

I have to feed a family of 6 and getting everyone to like the same meal is the plight of my life. But THIS cookbook has had more successful recipes that pleased everyone than any other cookbook I own. I bought it on a total whim. I saw on Instagram that it was on a flash sale, so i think it was like $15 or something. And I'm SOOOO glad I did. My family favorites are: Honey Garlic Chicken (which they ask for WEEKLY), Ranch Chicken & Rice, Creamy Lemon Parmesan Chicken, Chicken Chow Mein, Chicken Tortellini Soup, Oven Fried Chicken (they liked the sauce the most, I think). I'm still cooking through it. But the hits keep coming with this cookbook. I love how they divided the recipes up too. I like how they aren't complicated recipes or hard to find ingredients. I have most ingredients on hand. It's just a solid, feed your family kind of cookbook. It's easy to get sick of chicken, which is where I was kind of at, when I bought this. But I'm not exaggerating, I look forward to trying a new thing now. I wish they did a Ground Beef one next. *hint hint* Delish if youre reading this.
