I am able to relax and unwind after sitting for a long period of time because of the predictable sequence that is created by the combination of warmth, vibration, and a moderate stretching mode. My office chair in the late afternoon, the sofa after dinner, and occasionally my bed when I want to unwind before going to sleep are the three locations that I switch it between before going to sleep. Although the sensation is somewhat different in each location, the objective remains the same each time, which is to provide relief for my lower back from the repetitive motion of maintaining the same position for a number of hours. I try to keep my stints at my desk brief, often lasting between ten and fifteen minutes. Heating is the option that I go for first since it makes it simpler for me to become comfortable during the whole session. The first thing I do is set it to a lower level, then I let it run for a minute or two before adding vibration. I do not need vibration at its highest level. In my experience, it works best as a consistent background beat that enables me to quit bracing without my knowledge. In a practical sense, the outcome is that when I get up afterward, I have less rigidity and I move more naturally. This is just what I want to happen before I go out to prepare dinner or go for a stroll.

I use this pillow when my lower back feels tired from sitting too long. The size is comfortable to use since I use it a lot for my lower back. The cushion is soft, not too thick, so it’s comfortable on the bed, couch, or behind me in my office chair. Once it’s plugged in, it’s easy to turn on and switch modes.
