Disappointing White Dress â Not as Expected Fit: 2/5 I was really excited about this white dress, but unfortunately, the fit didnât work for me at all. The sizing felt offâit was too tight in some areas and loose in others, creating a strange, unflattering silhouette. The fabric is quite stiff, and it doesn't drape the way I expected it to, making it look less elegant than I had hoped. Even after trying it on with different types of undergarments, it just didnât sit right on my body. Design: 1/5 The design of the dress is very underwhelming. The cut looks cheap, and the stitching doesnât seem to be of good quality. There are also strange details like uneven hems and odd pleating that make the dress feel more like something you'd find at a bargain store. I had imagined something classy and timeless, but this dress looks awkward and poorly constructed. The white color was also a bit offâitâs not a bright, clean white, but rather a dull shade that doesnât give off the fresh, polished look I was aiming for. Comfort: 3/5 On the plus side, the material is somewhat breathable, and it doesnât feel too heavy, which makes it okay for warmer weather. However, the uncomfortable fit takes away from the comfort, making it difficult to feel relaxed in it for more than a few minutes. Value for Money: 1/5 For the price, this dress is definitely not worth it. The quality just doesnât match what I paid. There are plenty of other options in the same price range that offer much better design, fit, and overall quality. I was really disappointed, especially since the dress looked promising in the pictures online. Overall: 2/5 Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this white dress. The fit, design, and overall look are far from what I expected. It feels cheap, awkward, and uncomfortable, making it not worth the purchase. I'll be returning it and looking elsewhere for a more flattering and well-made option.

The dress arrived within 2 days of ordering. I like the design of this dress. It fit well and the color was as pictured. I am generally a size 12 and fluctuate between 10 and 12 so I ordered the large. If you are a 12/14 order the extra large because the dress is cut perfectly and there isn't a lot of extra room or give in the fabric. Because I carry my weight in my tummy, with no defined waist and narrow hips I was concerned about this dress being unflattering. This dress is flattering because the waistband (not the fabric) stretches and creates a blouse effect over my problem area. I love the asymmetrical halter neckline and the ruffled hem they work well with my strong shoulder line. What I do not love is the lack of fire in this color. Satin generally makes colors more jewel tone which I LOVE. There is no beautiful luster to this fabric to give the color richness, depth and dimension. I expect that sheen/luster when I'm told a dress is made of satin. I'm not a fan of matte satin, or matte colors in general. Honestly that is what kept me from loving this dress because I had different expectations of the fabric so I'm sending it back.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this dress for a wedding, and while the design is beautiful and it will look great once on, the experience getting it ready was a major hassle. The fabric is satin, which I love for its sheen and elegance, but it arrived in a wrinkled mess. I spent over an hour steaming it (since you're not supposed to iron satin), and despite my efforts, I was only able to get about 95% of the wrinkles out. The steaming process was a challenge â I ended up burning myself a few times, which made the experience even more frustrating. For the price, I expected a bit less of a battle to get it ready to wear. Another issue was the elastic in the waist to cinch the dress. It feels cheaply made and doesnât offer much structure or support. I understand this dress wasnât expensive, but I expected better quality in the waistband, especially since the rest of the dress has so much potential. Once on, though, the dress does look stunning and fits well. It's flattering and feels fancy, but be prepared for the amount of work needed to make it presentable. If you have the time and patience to deal with the wrinkles and the waist elastic, it's a nice piece, but just be aware of the extra effort involved. Would recommend, but only if you're willing to spend some time steaming and fixing the fabric. The waist elastic is a letdown, but overall itâs a good option if you donât mind a little extra work.
