I use this pillow when my lower back feels tired from sitting too long. The size is comfortable to use since I use it a lot for my lower back. The cushion is soft, not too thick, so it’s comfortable on the bed, couch, or behind me in my office chair. Once it’s plugged in, it’s easy to turn on and switch modes. The heat feels warm (not too hot), and the vibration is relaxing when I’m trying to unwind. The traction support is nice for lying back and letting my back “settle” a bit. There’s no strange smell, and the build feels sturdy.

I’ve been using this SUDAHIA lumbar support pillow on my office chair for the past few days, and it’s made long sitting sessions more comfortable. My lower back pain always increases after driving, so when I came across this lumbar pillow, I decided to give it a try. It worked great on a 45-minute drive this week. I noticed significantly less pain after I got home and got out of the car, which was a huge relief. The only downside is that I have to adjust it every time I get in the car. It doesn’t have a strap on the back to keep it secured to the seat, so it shifts around. That said, even if it did have a strap, I assume it would still need some adjusting depending on how I sit. I’m still deciding whether I want to use this as an everyday driving support and deal with the hassle of repositioning it each time, or just keep it for longer drives. Either way, it has definitely helped reduce my back pain, which makes it worth using
