This replaced a built-in-couch in our motorhome and is perfect. It didn’t fill the whole space left from the removal of the old one but that actually left space for other items, as I lost the space from underneath the old one. My husband and I can both sit on it which is ok because we have a small car so we’re used to it lol. As far as comfort for sitting, it’s very firm but that’s ok too because it shouldn’t break down for a long time. As for the bed portion, when pulled out, my husband had to get blocks to make up for the height difference (about 2”) of our motorhome slide out to the floor. We use a pillow top for sleeping as it’s a little too firm. It has 3 metal brackets on each arm and couch so once you get them lined up, a good push down, and they’re attached. It looks great in the pictures and it is simple to assemble. When you put it all together it’s small and can seat about two average individuals. The pillow/quilt design makes sleeping or laying down very uncomfortable. Returning the item, we needed to set up our own return service. Amazon WILL NOT assist in the return shipping process. When we did research to return, most companies asked for $200+ to pick up and ship the item back. Overall, it is uncomfortable and a huge hassle to return. It is not as soft as it should be and it is very weak, I think I should be careful not to break it. But I like it anyway. You should not buy it if you have kids.

I recently purchased this futon and am in love with it! It’s comfy and cute. I love that you can leave it as A 2 person couch, use it as A lounge chair, and then finally turn it into A bed. The throw pillows it came with are comfy as well and really complete the whole look of it! Glad I came across this futon. One of my favorite purchases!! It’s not comfortable to lay on. It’s a perfect size for me because I share a room with my special needs brother and needed something I could fol during the day to sit on. Other than it needing a mattress topper it’s good and cute for the price.

This is not the size they advertised, and way too small. We had to pay for shipping and now it looks like we have to pay to return it. Very cheaply made would not recommend at all.
