Excellent customer support. I’ve bought this in September and did not use it and so June. And when I use it the first time it worked excellent. The second time the battery was low very slow so I recharged it and then it didn’t work and I called the company and they sent me a replacement brand new. In the box. And it works excellent. I am so glad I went with this company. I’d do find it very easy to use this electric backpack. You don’t even feel the weight on your back. And I am 71 years old.

This sprayer works pretty good for the price battery last a long time The only issue I have is with the straps if you’re a taller man or larger man, such as myself, you can only put one arm through and carry it. The straps are too small.

This sprayer works as advertised and can hold enough product to spray up to 5 trees/shrubs. I don't usually fill it all the way as it gets heavy. I do use the back pack straps and that is handy. Many spray nozzles to choose from and it can spray pretty high. The problem with spraying trees is that the mist gets all over you and you have to change clothes and take a shower.

I’m sorry but this thing is trash!! I’m glad I tested the device with water only before I waisted some expensive lawn fertilizer on this. The best way I can describe the nozzle pressure produced by this unit is like watching a 60 year old man with a swollen prostate urinate. I will be returning.

I literally never write Amazon reviews but for this little machine I will. I own a landscaping company and I needed a backpack sprayer overnight that was reasonably priced. All the other battery operated sprayers were well over $100 so I was skeptical of the price. This thing is terrific. Super easy to put together (just watch the video from the QR code). I filled it twice and ran it all the way out and still have plenty of battery. It’s light, comfortable, and holds a lot. If you put the lid on correctly it doesn’t leak. Also, the included measuring cap to measure your liquids in before mixing was an unexpected bonus that is probably my favorite part! Buy it!

Love it! Bought it for Wet-N-Forget for moss on roof. Worked great! Battery vs pump so much easier while balancing on roof. Need to wear tshirt tho cuz straps uncomfortable on bare shoulders/armpits.
