The kit contained everything I needed to rebuild a trolling motor except for the bearing which I bought separately. It even contains new screws and all of the "O" rings and seals.     • More parts needed for a proper rebuild
This kit does not come with the bearing that is required to properly rebuild your trolling motor. The seal that they provide that is maybe intended to replace the bearing is worthless. The hole in the metal washer is drilled off center and the spring is partially out of the rubber grove. Also the hole is not drilled completely through the rubber to allow it to be placed on the motor shaft. The brushes, seals and other parts are usable and appear to be of fair quality. Time will tell if they hold up. Good buy, just remember you have to order the bearing separate. ... show more

all parts fit well just odd that the part that failed , the bearing, is not in the kit.

However mine may be older as the seals did not fit, brushes worked though.

The kit is fine, but be aware that the bearing you probably need (140-010) is NOT IN THIS KIT. The picture are a little misleading and I should have read the description better.
