My daughter bought a set of these cameras and liked them so much, that I also bought a set. When my daughter unboxed her cameras, they came with two SD cards. When my cameras arrived they did not contain the SD cards and I had to purchase them separately I bought Amazon basics. I haven’t received them yet. I’ll update my review after I insert the SD cards that I presume should’ve came in the original box The cameras do work well they’re very clear and overall I’m quite pleased with them but I have reduced them from five stars to four stars because of the missing SD cards UPDATE: My SD cards arrived. I made every attempt to reconnect the camera with the SD card inserted. However, I was not able to pair the device or get it to recognize the SD card was in it. I had to go and watch a tutorial to make sure I had connected it properly inserted it properly, I made at least four attempts to reconnect the camera in different ways and was unsuccessful. Each time I have reduced my rating from a four to a two. It seems as if they don’t want you to use the SD card they prefer you sign up for their cloud services, which cost $100 per year . ... show more

Cameras work when they want to. Wi-fi signal is strong but cameras only connect occasionally. When they connect, they are decent. The app seems more interested in trying to sell cloud storage than being useful for camera operation. Necause of their connectivity issues, I would not buy these again.

I love this product, a few people had bad reviews but my experience with this product has been nothing but positive, even down to the subscription I figure $100 for a year for my families safety isn't bad at all! My only issue is the motion detector it is very sensitive, especially with the bugs it will constantly send messages whenever it picks up any kind of movement and with the bugs attracted to the light it was sending messages every minute or 2, so we decided to turn it off other than that the picture quality is great, the 2 way audio has a slight delay but it's great I wasn't even expecting that, and I read some reviews saying that they couldn't pick up there camera when they left they're house I checked and I had no issue with that at all! I love this product so I think it was well worth the money, even the $100 subscription for a year, I have an autistic son who likes to elope (sneak out) so besides the alarms and locks these cameras also put me at ease that I don't have to constantly worry about him trying to get out of the house and get to Walmart for cereal and DVDS 😊!!! ... show more

    • Light Bulb cameras stopped working.
The 2 light bulbs cameras work descent for the most part. I have not had them a year yet and one stop working about a month ago and the other stop working early this morning. I have tried resetting them, but no luck. I used these outside.

The cameras are nice, but I’m finding that they seem to get stuck. They’ll only rotate so far, then I’ll have to re-center manually. But, they do the job.

Wifi is good. Camera decent. But... you need to subscribe to cloud to see alerts. (Pic). Why have a micro card for storage if you can not use it to see alerts or review saved videos. Gave a 2 star for this. Worthless. Will be looking a stand alone camera that will work without having to subscribe to basic needs for having a security cam in the first place. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. 4 two are broken the ,,3 Rd one won't move left or right so I'm down with one .It's good idea I would quality is not behind it I would say save your money it's going to be buying more 2 months later anyway so it's been a little bit more money to get some quality ones but I wouldn't get that kind there's a bunch of them on there but I'd go with the different style for sure learn my lesson glad I help you out thank you ... show more
