Honestly, they’re way better than I expected! The handles feel solid with a nice grip; they’re small enough to throw in a backpack when traveling for work, which is a nice bonus. Best purchase I made for an in-home convenient workout.

The length of the product is very short so when you use them to swing, they barely move. They need to be longer. They are pretty much useless.

Finally, I can do battle ropes without having to have massive, heavy, long ropes tied to a pole in my basement! I can do these anywhere, stick them in my gym bag and take them with me. This is my new vacation travel workout gear! The are the right size, and weighted properly to really simulate battle ropes. They're easy to use right out of the box and as long as you're not smashing them on the ground, there's no reason these shouldn't last a long time as they're made from very durable material. ... show more

Not sure yet I’ll test it more on the weekend but right they are very light in general. so this might be sent back. But price is good. Maybe for light women or older people.
