These Hanging Dog Bowls for Kennel did not seem cheap and flimsy. They are nice and light weight, and they look good and so far. They are easy to take out and put back, they clean up nice and the water dishes seem like they keep the water fresh and cool more than other types of dishes. They are as sturdy as any pet food bowl, but they don't stay put on the crate wire mesh. However, there is an easy fix. Just bend the really stiff wire hooks closed a little more till they stay on the crate wall. Overall, they work great for small pets.

I’ve been needing a pair of these hanging dog bowls for sometime now but haven’t been able to find these in my local stores. I was really excited for the opportunity to review these. I was a little surprised with the size as the pictures make the bowls look bigger but they are the same measurements as listed. They’re the right size for a small kennel. The quality was nice. I love that they’re blade out of stainless steel. I do not recommend washing the stands in your dishwasher as mine got discolored and turned a dull gray. These bowls also perform very well and I didn’t have any issues with the bowls falling and getting food or water everywhere. I love that they fit perfectly inside my dog’s kennel and I can hang these from whatever height I need depending on my dogs size. I highly recommend these hanging dog bowls and I love the price point as they’re very affordable and priced fairly. Thanks Fri4Free!

When I ordered this bowl set for the crate I didn’t look at the size I just looked at the pic. This size of bowls is tiny for a cat or really small dog so make sure you know that. It’s very easy to hang on the crate and use I like that the bowl is detachable and it’s easy to wash and put back in place. Great for small dog or cat or any small animal that is in a cage or crate.

I was very hopeful when i ordered these bowls for my puppy. I attached one to her wire crate to see how it would hold up. The prongs slid in between the bars easily and the crossbar seemed to steady the bowl. However, my girl had the whole assembly off the crate in seconds. She barely even had to try. I think I can add zip ties to the set up to sturdy it but she’ll still be able to knock the bowls around. I’ll use the bowls as spare feeders but that might be it for us.

This is a simple and straightforward review. These are super easy to install and are relatively secure. There's no locking mechanism, so if your dog gets super rowdy, they could potentially upend their food and water, but the bowls are small enough that cleanup won't be catastrophic if they do. Just remember that these eat into the available space for your canine pal, so make sure that their crate is large enough for them and their food and water. These are very easy to install and remove to refill, and the rings stay attached, allowing you to lift the bowls out the refill without needing to remove the entire bracket. Highly recommended!

I use these hanging bowls to keep water in my dog’s crate. It helps give them more space to lie down and prevents spills. These are good bowls. However, I was a bit surprised by the size. These are noticeably smaller than other hanging bowls I’ve had in the past, which means they really won’t hold a lot of food or water. In the end I would still recommend these bowls because they are super convenient. However, just be mindful of the size if you get them because these definitely won't work for medium or large dogs.
