GREAT Option To Have More Control Over Your Hot End

The A!/A1 Mini already have a convenient way to install a new hot end and this is just the next logical step for a way more affordable price. Strong and sturdy and makes prints just as good as the stock and OEM hot ends. This also let's you take one hot end and make it the size you want instead of needing a separate hot end for each size. I originally bought these as a backup, now they're my primary and the manufacturer ones are the backups.

No reason to get any official bambu branded nozzles. these work just as well if not better and are so much cheaper. Never had a clog even when swapping between .2 and.4mm and the fit just like the original ones.

Exploded first use

Not sure if i recieved something defective. Used the .2mm nozzle on my A1. Fit seemed perfect and easy. Heated nozzle and used a very fine needle to poke any blockages. Lots of oil/liquid. Set up printer settings for the .2mm nozzle and hit print. Heard the extruder clicking and knew it was blocked. Printer continued to attempt to extrude. Cancelled the print and attempted to heat the nozzle via the calibration settings. Moments later the nozzle had exploded into pieces. After locating where the pieces had went i noticed some pretty awesome burns on my floor from where the metal had landed. Sad day. Will return and look for something else.

I picked up this HIKUDIY 3-Pack Hotend Kit to build out a collection of dedicated quick-swap assemblies for my 3D printer. This bundle is an incredible value for anyone who regularly jumps between ultra-fine details and fast, structural prototyping. Why this 3-pack is a phenomenal upgrade: True-to-Size Orifice Machining: I inspected the nozzle tips under a digital microscope, and the internal bores for the 0.2mm, 0.4mm, and 0.6mm tips are precision-ground. There are no microscopic burrs around the exit holes, which is critical for preventing uneven filament curling during extrusion. Perfect Thread Engagement: The heat breaks and heater blocks are assembled securely right out of the box. I checked the seating depth, and the throat tube makes flat, flush contact with the nozzle rear inside the block, entirely eliminating the risk of internal plastic pooling or leaking. Flawless Mechanical Fit: The physical dimensions match the factory toolhead footprint perfectly. The alignment blocks seat firmly into the carriage without any loose play, and the wiring harnesses are the exact correct length with matching terminal clips. Makerspace & Slicer Setup Tips: Always Reset Your Profiles: Remember that when you swap toolheads down to the 0.2mm or up to the 0.6mm, you must select the correct nozzle diameter profile in your slicer before sending the file. Running a 0.4mm file on a 0.2mm nozzle will immediately over-pressure and jam your extruder. Temperature Adjustment: For the 0.6mm nozzle, consider bumping your print temperature up by 5°C to 10°C compared to your 0.4mm settings. Pushing that much extra volume requires a little more thermal energy to melt the plastic fully.
