I used one of these with a new Black & Decker 20 volt string trimmer. The normally, I can get only about 10 minutes of hard usage with a standard battery. After about 20 minutes with this 6.0 AMP hour battery, I had finished what I wanted to do and the battery wasn't even warm. Since the battery is new, I can't just it's longevity or useful life. Purchased these batteries for a B&D orbital sander. Charged them to full as indicated by the solid green light on the charger (overnight). When I went to use them, NOTHING, nada. Popped my original OEM battery on to check if it was the sander and my sander is fully functional. Both batteries are duds. I emailed Vanon customer support through the Amazon link and received a response from the company that basically said “too bad, call Amazon”. I told them in the email that I purchased the batteries Sept 26th, putting me 6 days past Amazon’s return window. Folks don’t have $60 to throw away on empty plastic bricks but that’s what these are. Unbelievable that this company is scamming to blatantly and getting away with it. Don’t be a sucker like I was, stick with OEM batteries. Incredibly disappointing. ... show more

    • Bad battery won't charge
I purchased 2 batteries. Within a month one battery is already not working. Red flashing light indicates bad battery I only used it ccx twice only to weed eat my yard. The 2nd battery is still working. I'd like a replacement for the bad battery

I like to buy tools that use the same battery type so I don't end up with a bunch of chargers. The original batteries are about half as thick with a correspondingly lower AH rating. This battery fits my B&D drill, but not my B&D leaf blower (the housing on the leaf blower only fits the thinner battery). Bottom line is to make sure that your device can use a thicker battery. ... show more

    • I can weed whack my entire 1/2 acre now on a single charge!
I love the extended run time. I used to go through 2 batteries and sometimes not finish the job and have to wait for the batteries to charge up again - No more. Yay! Good product. Can't comment on battery life yet, as I've only owned the product for about a month.

    • Defective upon arrival. Seller does not respond.
One of the batteries was defective upon arrival and will not charge. Have tried contacting the seller for a replacement but they do not respond. One battery does work so I just want a replacement of the other - wish they'd respond.
