This stereo is amazing. Huge upgrade. Very easy to install and the offline maps work great. In order to get the offline maps to work you need to connect to WiFi and sign in to google. Then select the offline map and download your map. Super simple and works great. I have zero complaints so far and I believe whoever does complain maybe had trouble installing ? I did it all by myself and even got my cousin to buy one. Great bang for your buck. Looks like it originally came with the truck. There was an ai floating around the screen which was very annoying but once I was snooping around I turned it off. I believe it’s calls voice control or something of that matter. The trim color match was not a match at all to vehicle and not what is advertised and the display/screen savers never stayed on but other than that it was easy to install.

Better study up or know what you are doing ... cuz the instructions are basically non existent and wires are only kinda labeled... once you get it going its kinda nice for a 100 $ radio.. three stars for making me work that hard for it .. **Updating my review & added a star for the best customer service I’ve encountered on Amazon thus far. They replied to my review & offered a full refund for my troubles. Accepting a full refund felt dishonest being that I’m using the stereo & it fulfills my basic needs. I have music & it also looks really nice in my truck. It just has a lack of instruction so if you’re not a pro at this it’s pretty difficult. I had to watch videos to figure it out & still can’t figure out the back up camera but I’m working on that. Anyway, I accepted a partial refund & they were very quick to deliver that refund. I do recommend the stereo as it’s pretty nice for the price. I also recommend ordering anything listed from this seller as they have great customer service & are very responsive. I’ll add a photo to my review later when I’m in my truck. ... show more
