Couldn’t get it to work properly at first. That was on me. Highly suggest ready the instructions. The steamer operates differently than cup selection. It takes time after each selection to heat as well.

Look for a spot on the counter, that will be easily accessible for moving the entire product, to lift and remove water container located in the back of the item (thumbs down, for me). Once in place and filled, be careful not to over fill, you will need to locate the product in a high place or bend down to look how to find the lock/unlock position before and after filling the grinds to make the espresso. Oh yes, the tamping is the easiest part of this whole process even for the beginners out there. Remember, you rolled out of bed to have an eye opening "Cup of Joe", or doing this in front of guests! Forget about it! You carefully lift the machine, you don't want to spill the contents of water, while you try to find the position to lock the tamped coffee grinds, wand in place! Good there is a tight seal, bad you need about 50 lbs of torque to lock it into place! Then press brew! Well, there goes about ½hours worth of time to do something, that should just a couple minutes to take from other better designed products! Did I mention, product Made In China, maybe that is why you don't see the person's face in the video AND the splicing of the video, ast o not show the hassles. Hey, maybe it's just me. I'd rather have my workouts at the gym and place a coffee or espresso maker in one place and leave it in that one place, to be able to fill water dispenser and to brew. Product works well. Directions or lack there of make it a little tricky to use initially but once figured out works very well. Just recommend getting a 12-20 oz metal cup to help with the steaming

Had this over a month. The buttons do not work right away, they really have to be pressed down after the machine has warmed up a minute. This helps not make cold coffee. If you get a cold espresso then it didn't get to warm up enough. I liked there are videos on how to operate it, and the milk frother wand works really well. The foam on the espresso pull is quite nice. I usually can get two shots out of a single tamping down of espresso ground coffee. Really impressed how cheap this machine is, and it feels like it will last a long time ! ... show more
