The first strut install was fairly simple, if it wasn't for the second strut shown in the pic snapped right off on first attempt to put it in. I contacted the seller and they automatically suggested I bent the strut , I suggested the screw was over torqued! I think it is the inferior metal used in manufacturing!!! We in the USA depend far too much on others to manufacture items . ... show more

Really hard to install. Shock comes full extension. They work for 3weeks now they have no pressure. The awning is not rolling out right at this point. There's not enough pressure to assist with it going out. Junk
