I received it and set it up. Very satisfied! I was worried that it was made of flimsy materials, but it’s not. Very heavy gauge steel. I was worried that it comes in many small pieces to be put together, but it came in 4 main pieces: the bottom stand, the mid section, the top cover and the ash pan. It took me more time (5 min) to get them out of the box than to assemble them - just 4 easy screws to attach the mid section to the bottom. Oh…it comes with a not-so-flimsy rain proof cover too. But I prefer not to use the cover because it looks so good. ... show more

I love everything about this fire pit. Wood burns evenly, there's a shelf, a grill, a reasonable grate, gives off large heat radius. Now that it's getting warmer outside, there's a gorgeous wood cover that's great as a snacks & drinks addition to deck. I love this fire pit, wish I'd bought 2.
