We did extensive research before we bought a sawmill. Mechmaxx had the best reviews and so many YouTube training videos. The price was incredible with free shipping. It’s very sturdy and works as it should. We began milling as soon as it was assembled and had no issues. Easy to use. It was tricky to put together as the manual isn’t the best. But YouTube helped get it done. Peaks Peak was probably the best. We are milling to build a home and so far so good.

After placing my order Mechmaxx shipped my sawmill within 2 days. The sawmill came packaged in a sturdy crate. There were some minor scratches on a couple parts but nothing unacceptable. I had a issue with the assembly instructions and reached out to Mechmaxx and they responded promptly the same day. The company did its best to help me with the instructions. Ultimately I'm very happy with customer service and their after sale support. The sawmill to my surprise is very well built. The metal used is thick and heavy duty. If a part is not painted it is zinc coated and so I expect a long life from this sawmill. The details in the instructions on how to setup and adjust the sawmill are very good and easy to understand. The sawmill cuts and operates wonderfully. Easy starting and powerful engine. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and experience dealing with Mechmaxx. I would recommend them and I am interested in purchasing other machines they sell.

I want to let anyone considering buying this sawmill to know that it is a very good mill. I bought this about a year ago and it is a very durable and accurate mill. Just like any other mill in this caliber you have to perform certain things to make it work for you. Just follow online videos and do your do-diligence with research. I highly recommend this mill and company. Customer support is spot on and there when you need them.

I purchased the MechMaxx SM-36 Sawmill because it has the 20’ rail base and a very powerful motor. Assembly was time consuming but manageable after viewing several YouTube videos. Wow!!! This system is awesome! I’m a first time Sawmill operator with no prior experience. If you are considering purchasing one of these units, spend some time and watch as many videos as possible. MechMaxx Has sponsored some excellent user videos. Example “ Peek's Peak Hobby Homestead” on YouTube. MechMaxx Sawmills are very popular. Learn from others experiences! If you questions or need support, you can contact there technical support team. They are quick to respond and very helpful. I’ve been using my SM-36 for several days and it’s amazing! I highly recommend this unit.

Great product so far! Delivery was fast. Good quality and fairly simple to assemble. I had a question and customer service got right back to me with the answer. Very adequately powered with the 9hp engine. Most competitors only have a 7hp engine on this size saw. I have not had a lot of saw time with it but so far its done great. Easy and accurate adjustments. Hard to beat this saw in this size and price range.

The media could not be loaded. Very awesome machine and great functionality. Can't beat the price. Wish we would have gotten the 36 inch mill and are thinking about getting it. Came in extremely well packaged materials and no issues with shipping Only complaint is the valve blade lubricant leaks when open and/closed. Blades are fine, however I wouldn't order them again over name brand ones.
