Bike arrived with some minor damage to fenders and struts, dents and paint chips. Nothing that could not be repaired, but not what one would expect in a brand new item. Unsure if this was a packaging or delivery issue, I reached out to Eisyrood through Amazon customer service. They have offered a partial refund. I am keeping the bike and will have it repaired (keeping the bike with a partial refund is what I asked for.) Their customer service is not likely US based but they answered in a timely manner and the matter has been resolved within two days. I did receive the bike a day earlier than my expected delivery window, which was excellent. The bike itself is a lovely product, sturdy, and quite comfortable for my 5’4” frame. I expect to enjoy it for many years. The basket leaves a little to be desired, it’s rather flimsy, for now I will shore it up with a solid base plate and will likely upgrade it at some point in the future. Of note* the frame is listed as aluminum, but it is steel. At the price point, it would be surprising if this were an aluminum frame, but we have asked both Amazon and Eisyrood to correct the listing. ... show more

First, the manual is vague and confusing, doesn't provide instructions regarding assembly. Then the parts of the front brake fell apart while taking the front part outside the box. The gear mechanism protrudes and rubs against the back wheel which makes it impossible to ride. And on top of all, the saddle handle doesn't hold the saddle and it's all the way down no matter your needs. The bike is unusable. ... show more

The instruction are useless, and harder to follow. I would definitely not purchase this item again. It took me several hours to put it together most of this bike, and it's still not complete, but it is rideable. If you do buy this item, good luck, I hope you're an engineer or mechanic.
