I ordered this bike for my teenage daughter so that she can have a way to get around during the summer. When the bike came, we took it out of the box. The front wheel is nowhere close to being able to fit on the frame. The instruction booklet is very vague, and the pictures are in black-and-white. The actual tire and piece of the frame where the wheel is supposed to go do not look like the instructions, nor do they look like the video that was on the Amazon page for this bike. This is not a case of not understanding how to put things together. I’ve been responsible for putting everything together in my adult life. There is something wrong with the fabrication of this bike.I am now responsible for getting the heavy bike to the mail office to get it returned. I am a single woman,and a large heavy box is not convenient for me to get to the mail office. Quite frankly, I’m not even sure if the box is going to fit in my car. This is a poorly made product, and now I am stuck with trying to figure out how to return it so I can get my money back (which is a lot of money). I deeply regret ordering this. ... show more

Love it easy to set up rode it soon as I put it together and it was very surprising how fast it was and how well it worked. It takes off quick and I got up to about 28 mph and I'm 6'1 270 pounds. Very pleased!

This bike has been a problem since it arrived. The wrong sized wrench, the seat bolt was stripped and the pedal threads were stripped. The pedal fell off while going 15mph on a busy street. The headlight didn't work from the beginning and the seller will not reply.

This G26 ebike was advertised to have a 48v 10.4amp battery. It has a 48v 7.8amp battery. That's 20% less battery. A G26 ebike with a 48v 10amp battery would weigh at least 53 lbs. Mine weighed 46 lbs. Use the weight to help you get what is advertised. Just compare to other sellers to get a sense of what It should weigh. The G26 is good ebike. Bike was smaller than advertised, came with a defective back rim from the manufacturer and the brakes didn't work. It was horribly constructed and put together shoddily. The seller was a nightmare. I do not recommend at all.

Poorly made, didn't hold up to 1 day of riding. Pedals bent and crank bolt falling out. Crank not machined well. Causes bolt with thread lock to keep falling out while riding. Then have to pay to return it. Buyer beware on this
