The media could not be loaded. Better than I expected. Ships without oil so you must add before starting. So add oil. Remove two screws and pull cover from side. 10w30. full synthetic, Even includes a funnel shaped to make adding oil easy. Awesome. Added fuel. Has a fuel gauge on top. Even more Awesome. Followed the tag instructions. Turn on vent on gas cap. Starting on the side. First time starting it took quite a few pulls with choke on. After the initial start, it is super easy. It is considered loud compared to more expensive models, and yet, I believe it is very quiet. More quiet than I had planned. Has USB outlets. Eco mode which lets it idle when nothing is pulling power. I ran an old air compressor with it and then plugged in an electric heater. Both ran with no issues. The nicest thing is how easy it is to tote around. My old compressor was on wheels and a nightmare just to move around. Including video of my wife starting. Hopefully you can hear how quiet it is and see how easy it is to start. She had no issues. My only regret is I got it on sale and now I wish I had bought two. I will update if I run into any problems and how it performs in an emergency over a long period. Really happy with this purchase.

I bought this based on the comments and research. I'm in Jamaica, we just had Hurricane Melissa, so no electricity and no water. I closed my eyes, said a prayer and bought this inverter generator on faith. I HAVE NO REGRETS!!!! I followed all instructions and each time I use it, it starts on one pull. I was able to connect it to my breaker, I was able to power all 8 of my emergency light bulbs, 2 door fridge, washing machine, 55 inch TV, PS5, 2 Fans all CPAP Machine all at the sametime. I had no surges, nor decrease in power, especially when the washing machine was on. What I was impressed with most of all, was the 1 gallon tank I would use an entire 6 litre bottle of 90 octane gas and that would give me little over 11 hours, with everything connected and operating, including doing 2 large loads of laundry. This Amerisun Inverter generator is the real deal, its really quiet and gets quieter with the eco mode switched on. Its very light, compact, lasts unexpectedly long for a 1 gallon tank capacity. Very powerful for its size, very mobile, I made a great investment with this inverter generator, because Jamaica is Hurricane prone and we have power outages every now and then, so its a win win situation. I recommend this to everyone, whether your a camper, tradesman, having a disaster, you will never regret it. Its worth every penny and its extremely affordable compared to others it maybe the cheapest.

Came on time ,when looking at gen and reading about it,it said made in america,i ordered it box said made in china,false advertising to get people to buy it?,was very disappointed about that,was happy that it started and ran ok,if i would havek own it wsd made in china i would never have bought it,,,ok had it a few days it seems to be well made filled with brek in oil and fresh gas,fired right up ran for hour changed oil ran for 4 hours and changed break in oil again and changed oil and put in castrol gtx synthetic oil ,,,each time started easy and ran good not as quiet as honda but close,hope it lasts for the long haul,for the price is worth it,just still upset claiming made in us,when its made in china,other than that happy with it

I bought this little generator for one reason, to charge my Buetti Elite V200 when there is not enough sun on our solar panels. It will replace my Honda EU300, whose inverter died. Just that part would cost $1000 before labour, so why repair it? I found this for $280 and spent $40 on a three year extended warranty. I put an hour meter on it, it runs great, is quiet and only draws 1400 watts to recharge the power station. One thing I did't expect is when the valve on the gas cap is turned off, there is no gasoline smell, so if it is in the interior of a vehicle there are no fumes. At least at comfortable temperatures. I don't think I would leave it in an enclosed vehicle in hot sun. I like it, I hope it lasts a long time, if it goes five years I will be happy, if it dies in three It gets replaced for free.

First, the good stuff: the generator/inverter is packaged nicely and is relatively lightweight. Now the bad stuff. I purchased this generator/inverter in June and fired it up shortly after I received it. Although it was a bit challenging to get started initially, once I got it started, it worked nicely. From that point on, I would run the generator/inverter once a week to ensure it was operational when needed. Everything was going along fine until the first week in September, when the generator/inverter’s gasoline engine stopped working even though it had plenty of fuel and oil. I tried restarting it multiple times on different days, but could not get it to start. I contacted the seller, who asked me to send him pictures of the generator/inverter, which I did. However, I never heard from him again. I have sent him two more messages requesting help, but I have received no reply. I am now looking for a local small engine repair shop where I plan to attempt to get it working at my own expense. The only reason I gave this review one star is because Amazon would not let me give zero stars.
