Quiet! I purchased it to run our RV while we boondocked a couple days on the beach. It worked great! Ran our mini-split with no issues to provide some heat at night and AC during the day. We would shut off the HVAC to run the toaster, microwave and coffee pot so we didn’t overload it. The size and weight along with how quiet it is was worth the work arounds. It ran 12 hours on one tank when the temperatures didn’t require a lot of heat or cooling. Ran 8 hours on the night that the mini-split ran a lot. I can carry it with one hand so I use it to run power tools and lights instead of dragging out an extension cord at home. Our previous generator had more power but was a beast to move around. Performance seemed to really improved and smooth out after running under a load by the 5th tank of gas. Most new engines these days say there is “no break in” time but I felt like this one really ran best after a few tanks of gas. ... show more

I bought this little generator for one reason, to charge my Buetti Elite V200 when there is not enough sun on our solar panels. It will replace my Honda EU300, whose inverter died. Just that part would cost $1000 before labour, so why repair it? I found this for $280 and spent $40 on a three year extended warranty. I put an hour meter on it, it runs great, is quiet and only draws 1400 watts to recharge the power station. One thing I did't expect is when the valve on the gas cap is turned off, there is no gasoline smell, so if it is in the interior of a vehicle there are no fumes. At least at comfortable temperatures. I don't think I would leave it in an enclosed vehicle in hot sun. I like it, I hope it lasts a long time, if it goes five years I will be happy, if it dies in three It gets replaced for free. ... show more

Came on time ,when looking at gen and reading about it,it said made in america,i ordered it box said made in china,false advertising to get people to buy it?,was very disappointed about that,was happy that it started and ran ok,if i would havek own it wsd made in china i would never have bought it,,,ok had it a few days it seems to be well made filled with brek in oil and fresh gas,fired right up ran for hour changed oil ran for 4 hours and changed break in oil again and changed oil and put in castrol gtx synthetic oil ,,,each time started easy and ran good not as quiet as honda but close,hope it lasts for the long haul,for the price is worth it,just still upset claiming made in us,when its made in china,other than that happy with it ... show more

Purchased this generator to power my camper before heading to a NASCAR race. The weather was 100 plus degrees in Darlington and I’m not kidding when I say I ran this 72 hrs straight to power the air conditioner, tv, the lights and 2 fridges. Couldn’t get behind spending $600-$800 for a generator that I may not use for another 5 years. Very impressed, however I cannot comment on how long it’ll last. The way it starts up doesn't match the manual; I have to perform the steps in reverse to get it running. Furthermore, screws started falling out shortly after I turned it on—and in more than one place. It also isn't "ultra-quiet" as advertised; in reality, it is extremely noisy.

This is a very nice little 2500 W inverter generator for camping. It is whisper quiet and powers my small camper including the 5000 BTU air conditioner. It will not run both the microwave and air conditioning at the same time but I didn't expect it to. It is quieter than some of the roof top AC units on other people's campers. The only issue I have with it is that you can't run the fuel out of the carburetor. Turning the unit off shuts off the fuel supply but there is still fuel left in the carburetor which causes carb failure when it sits unused for extended periods. ... show more
