They take a little finesse to install being careful not to break them. Must loosen the turn signal lenses to get them in. They come with halogen bulbs so not the brightest lights but plenty sufficient for normal driving. Overall a good purchase.

I also replace the bulbs with new LED headlight bulbs. What a big difference. It's been almost two years and my truck sits outside and they still look new.

Great for the price! I installed the clear chrome style lamp assemblies on my 2000 f150 XLT. They look amazing for such a cheap price. The only thing I noticed was a small malfunction in the chroming on the inside, where there is a tiny piece of plastic that didn't get covered. It is so small that you can't notice it from 5 feet away, and definitely not when the lights are on. (*UPDATE: The small defect was just a piece of plastic that must have fallen in during manufacturing. It moved loose when I started driving around. If I wanted to, I could uninstall and shake it out of the bulb hole, but I'm not going to do that since it's barely noticable. Updated to 5 stars because of this knowledge. awesome for the price.) Install was easy, but you will have to get an adjustment tool to adjust the beam direction. Mine were aimed a little low, but once corrected I can see again! I paired mine with some $40 LED headlights conversions from here on the old spamazon, and holy cow do they make a difference. They make me feel like my truck is 10 years newer. I'm rateing 4 stars due to the build quality, but I really cant complain for the price. We will have to see if they can hold up as well as the OEM ones did!

The plastic had repaired cracks. The one crack re-cracked through the repair as can be seen in photo. Resealed headlights before installing. At this point they’re better than what I had in the truck. The question is will they last.
