IMPORTANT!!! DO NOT plug in immediately when you receive it! Mine was delivered laying on its side so you have to sit it up right for 24+ hours before plugging it in. Amazon didn't put it in a box labeled to keep it up right but the original box says "do not lay down on side". I have an air purifier this same brand (KNKA) and now this dehumidifier. I got them because my chinchillas have to stay in cool/dry climates and with them using dust for dust baths and their fur shedding, these products have helped tremendously. This dehumidifier is half the size of my previous one but works better. It is so cute and isn't an eyesore like a lot of them are. It has multiple settings, dehumidify, dry, and continous, high/low fan speed, and/or you can set it to the humidity you want your room to be. Chinchillas do best in humidity below 40-50% and with my previous dehumidifier I had to set it on continuous and it could barely keep it below 45%. With this one I put it on the same setting and the few days I've used it so far it has kept my chin room 29-32% without a problem. It is a lot more quiet than my last one too. I really like this brand because of the price but mostly because of how well the products are made and how well they work. They have been packaged well and I don't think it was the company's fault it was delivered laying down because on the side of the original box says not to but Amazon put it in an unmarked box so the delivery people didn't know it was supposed to stay upright. Overall I believe it is well worth the price and in my opinion, works better than others its size.

This dehumidifier has been a great addition to my home. It pulls moisture out quickly and keeps the humidity comfortable, especially in larger spaces like the basement or bedroom. I love the different modes—particularly the dry clothes setting—and the intelligent humidity control makes it easy to set and forget. The drain hose is a huge plus, so there’s no constant emptying, and it runs quietly in the background. Overall, it’s efficient, easy to use, and does exactly what it promises.

My husband and I bought this dehumidifier specifically for a bathroom with poor circulation—it only has a small window and no vent—and it has made a huge difference. Even with a small plug-in fan, we were starting to notice slight mold on the ceiling, and this completely solved the problem. This dehumidifier works incredibly well. It’s honestly amazing how quickly the tank fills up, which really shows how much moisture it’s pulling from the air. Since using it, the bathroom dries out much faster and feels noticeably fresher. It’s easy to use, fairly quiet, and I appreciate that it’s compact and not ugly or bulky like some other units. The design blends in just fine. The wheels are a big plus—super easy to move around when needed. Overall, this has been a fantastic purchase and exactly what we needed for a high-humidity space. Giving this 4 stars - it's honestly a great machine, just not for 2500 sq ft like it says. I bought this hoping it would cover my whole floor, but that didn't work out. However, I moved it to my bedroom and it's been perfect there. Works great in smaller rooms - I'd say anything under 800-1000 sq ft and you're good. What I really like about it: The design looks nice and doesn't feel cheap. It's quiet enough that I keep it running while I sleep. The handle is actually practical and makes it easy to carry from room to room. The water level window is super clear so you always know what's going on. All the controls are straightforward, no confusing settings. My bedroom humidity is totally under control now and the unit just does its job without being annoying. The 2500 sq ft claim is definitely off, but for the right sized room this thing works really well. If you need something for a bedroom, office, or smaller basement space, I'd recommend it. Just manage your expectations on coverage and you'll be happy with it.

This dehumidifier has some significant advantages. First, it's quiet! 48 db on low and 52 db on high (measured with NIOSH sound level monitoring cell phone app). Better than others, and good if you have a baby sleeping in the room. The reservoir is large, and it definitely takes the water out of the air - about 20% full after running on high for 12 hours in a large room that was at 64% humidity. The design is sleek and modern, accentuated with the faux leather handle. So it blends in well with modern home furnishing design. It's also assembled well. Even though it's mostly plastic, it feels solid and the parts fit together cleanly, without gaps (where there are removable parts, like the reservoir). What else should you know? If the room is extremely large, it may not make a material change in the room’s humidity level - even if it pulls a significant amount of water out of the air. So consider a more powerful option if you have a very large area to dehumidify - or buy two! The control panel buttons are simple. There are only six of them, but you might need to reference the instructions for some of the functions. For this, you can download an e-manual from the support website. Finally, I did not find a way to turn off the LED light, which is no problem for me, but may be an issue if someone is trying to sleep in a dark room where the machine is on. All in all, it works well.
