My wife is disabled and has been confined to a wheelchair for several years. We were encouraged to get a power wheelchair to achieve some independence. This Wheelchair appeared to be a good choice. The chair arrived quickly and was easy for me to setup. It worked well and I was able to operate it fine. However, due to my wife’s physical limitations, it was difficult for her to operate it around the house without close supervision and assistance. It was not safe for her and she was afraid to use it. I was able to contact the company and explain our situation. They responded quickly and were sympathetic to our situation. After providing some documentation and further information, they approved a return. We were required to pay a restocking fee, which I thought was reasonable. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again.

I am a handicapped man and needed the wheelchair with the remote control. Unfortunately the remote is not working and I have tried to contact both the manufacturer and Amazon to no avail. I now have to buy another wheelchair from a local healthcare center that works and provides services. The number on the waranty card does not answer and Amazon said that they will not accept it for return but I must contact the manufacturer. I had to save up my social security to buy the unit and now I have to borrow money to get something that does what I need. I am a78 year old person that lives alone and has had multiple strokes and can’t spend the short time I have left trying to find a wheelchair that works I have to find someone to help me get to a healthcare center to find a working wheelchair. Be careful what you buy. It took a long time for the delivery and then to not have it work . Is terrible. My recommendation would be to find someone who supports what you buy locally. I would have expected that for 1399$ it would have worked out of the box.

I thought this was the perfect chair for me. Everything they said was great. Unfortunately when I got it, the first thing is the seat is NOT 21 inch seat width. The cushion is only 18 x 18. That was a huge disappointment bc I am a large girl and needed a large seat. Be careful when you consider buying this chair. I am going to get in touch with the company and see what happened. Maybe I simply received the wrong chair. I don't know. Update when I have more info. What's strange is the reviews say they received a chair that was 21 inch seat width. Hmmm... Don't know, let you know when I more info. Hi, 9-19-24. Returned the wheelchair. Customer Service was so wonderful. They refunded me my money. They were very understanding and helpful. For that alone I will highly recommend this company.

I love the look of the chair and it works great.The weight is acceptable and such. I had some trouble opening it so I contacted customer service and explained the problem. Within 1hours l was forwarded some instructions as well as a video and we gotthe chair up and running!! Fantastic customer service!!

I bought this for my 86 year old father. This powered wheelchair is built like tank, and is very well balanced. My Aunt has another brand and you must get down and plug the charger cable directly into the battery. It is extremely difficult to get to. However, this wheelchair, you plug the cable into the bottom of the joystick, so easy! As far as the 25 mile claim, I can’t answer that. Overall, this is a very nice, quality, powered wheelchair. I recommend👍

Hard to fold and unfold. Have yet to get the remote to work. Just need to get the turning down as at times it doesn't go. It is light enough and fits in the trunk of the car just fine.

My daughter is loving her new chair and the freedom it provides her. Easy to assemble and works great. Only critic is we wish there was a good place to put a cup holder. One came with chair but no place to secure it except for back handle which does not make it very accessible to wheelchair user

Out of the box the controller didn't work. The battery wound no charge at all. So the chair was never opened because the controller wasn't functioning. I tried to contact customer service 3 time but I could not get a response. When I was finally contacted they told me to video what I was doing. I explained everything I did. I also charged the battery directly andthe controller still didn't work. The only reason I have it one star because it was the lowest I could go. Take a piece of advice. Don't waste your had earned money on this chair.
