I had issues with the product not being able to stop the loud back beeping sound and unfortunately, it wouldn't work when they've instructed me to turn it off. Other than that, I believe that this is a solid product. It's so lightweight and easy to lift in any car. It's definitely a luxury compared to the manual wheelchairs. I reached out to customer service after a bit of shuffling on a resolution and finally was able to have a resolution.

This is a great wheelchair. Very light and easy to load and unload in car. After trying my wheelchair, my daughter bought one, hers came with 2 batteries.

This is by far the best chair I have tried (out of 4). It is super light weight and easy to manage for travel. It does not vibrate or lunge like some other chairs. The joystick control is very reactive and the back up beeping can be turned off if you are using this in an office environment or are just generally annoyed by it.

I just got back from a vacation where I used this wheelchair. It was a lifesaver...I couldn't have the trip without it. Practice with the joystick before you go anywhere...the chair reacts quickly. Watch out on sidewalks with a slope...you will roll that way...try to stay on flat surfaces. Overall, a good LIGHTWEIGHT wheelchair that is easy to take in a vehicle, or on a plane. Well worth buying.

I ordered an expensive wheelchair from this company, and it arrive very damaged by the shipper . I immediately began a return or replace request that I thought would not go smoothly considering todays customer service. I was shocked when I was immediately offered a replacement or refund with no questions asked other than pictures of the damage to the box and wheelchair. I accepted their replacement offer and within a few days I had the replacement. Working with this company was just wonderful in every way from communications during the process to completion of the replacement. Please consider this company when ordering online and have no doubts of help if there are any issues dur-inq the entire process.

I know function matters most, but I also care about style. This chair looks sleek and doesn’t scream “medical equipment.” I’ve taken it to the mall, cafés, even a wedding, and I didn’t feel self-conscious. Easy to clean, and the finish resists scratches better than I expected.
